Hey Nail lovers, my name is Selena! I'm a licensed nail technician specializing in luxury acrylic nails. I can’t wait to meet you and start building a connection! Before you book with me there's a few things we should go over. I thank you in advance for fully reading over and agreeing to my policy <3 ˖⁺‧₊˚ BOOKING ˚₊‧⁺˖ When booking with me please select either a full set or fill along with the design of your choice. The designs are not an individual service! What you book is what you receive the day of your appointment. Please book accordingly as deposits are non-refundable. Once you’ve booked your appointment send me a dm on instagram with your main account as i'd love to see who i'm meeting <3 ˖⁺‧₊˚ DEPOSITS ˚₊‧⁺˖ There is a $20 non-refundable , non-transferable deposit at the time of your scheduling that does go towards your service. No deposit = No appointment ˖⁺‧₊˚ CONFIRMATION ˚₊‧⁺˖ After sending your deposit you will receive a confirmation for your appointment. If left unconfirmed I may reach out as you may be holding the spot for another client who may want to book. Please be courteous to others wanting to book. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. ˖⁺‧₊˚ LATE POLICY ˚₊‧⁺˖ I schedule appointments back to back so if you're late to your appointment that runs the risk of me needing to rush your set or having to take off certain designs in a time crunch. That being said I allow a 10 minute grace period. You must be in my chair ready to go or your $20 deposit will be kept as a late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no show. Im human, I understand things happen so if you need to communicate something urgently just dm my instagram @SelenasNailz. ˖⁺‧₊˚ CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING ˚₊‧⁺˖ If you choose to reschedule you will need to send a new deposit. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window 50% of the total service will be charged to the card on file. ˖⁺‧₊˚ NO CALL/NO SHOW ˚₊‧⁺˖ 100% of the service will be charged to the card on file and you will be banned from further booking. NO EXCEPTIONS ˖⁺‧₊˚ PAYMENT ˚₊‧⁺˖ I accept cash, card and tap to pay ˖⁺‧₊˚ PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ˚₊‧⁺˖ Make sure your deposit is sent and you’ve confirmed through text. I do NOT work over other techs work so please come with bare nails if you're getting a fresh set. You will be in my chair for on average 3 hours or more please plan your day accordingly and remember good things take time. I do not allow extra guests. ˚₊‧⁺˖ DIRECTIONS ˚₊‧⁺˖ I’m located in a red building called “Activspace” parking is outside of the building (Street parking). Once you arrive head toward the inside of the parking lot. There you’ll see an office and an elevator next to it. Text me once you’re there and I’ll come down and get you. ˖⁺‧₊˚ NAIL FIX ˚₊‧⁺˖ Your nails have a 1 week insurance that comes with them. If anything happens to them during that week don't hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. If you are receiving a nail fix please bring a file provided at your previous appointment. ˖⁺‧₊˚ NAIL DAMAGE ˚₊‧⁺˖ As a licensed nail technician your nail health is extremely important to me. If you come in with damaged nails (cracked or missing parts of your natural nail, nail disease or disorder, extremely bitten nails or damaged nail beds) you will need to reschedule. If you are unsure of the condition of your nail health please don’t hesitate to DM me a picture on instagram @SelenasNailZ and I can let you know. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
